Shipping Policy
Black Friday Shipping Update
Thank you for shopping our Black Friday sale! Please note that all Black Friday orders will be processed and shipped on Thursday, December 5th. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your hand-poured candles with care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping: We offer domestic shipping via USPS & UPS. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. For transparency, we display shipping charges at checkout.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Address Changes
- Changes: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Damaged Items
At STG Candles, we take pride in the quality and care we put into each order. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we're here to help.
How to Report a Damaged Item
To ensure timely resolution, please report any damage within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. To begin the process, please email us at stgcandleinfo@gmail.com with the following information:
- Photo of the damaged item(s)
- Photo of the original packaging with the shipping label visible
- Order number
Our Resolution Process
Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will file a claim with the respective carrier. If your claim is honored by the carrier, we will promptly issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Return to Sender Packages
- Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

All pre-orders are fulfilled within 30 days of the order being placed. This timeframe ensures each candle receives the time and attention needed to reach our high-quality standards.

Each candle is hand-poured and takes three weeks to fully cure, achieving a perfect balance of fragrance and burn quality. This curing process is essential to delivering the signature experience you expect from STG Candles.
